2008 / 2009

Southampton Row, SW1 - New build and refurbishment
5 floors of 2500m2 office space with fully programmable lighting system. Included in the building are roof plant room, ground floor loading bay, 8 retail units, basement generator, H.V. and L.V. plant rooms and 5 lifts including stairwells and toilets.

Worship Street – New build
7 floors of office space with controlled lighting system and core areas, L.V. switch-room and boiler room.

Bellwood Court, Sutton Road, Maidstone - New build
37 units in 3 blocks; Including digital entry and access system, sky and satellite system, Automatic opening vent system and communal areas with controlled lighting also a car park with lighting comprising of lampposts and bollards.

Wrotham Heath, Borough Green - New Build
4 Semi and 12 Terrace houses and 6 flats including street lighting scheme. High spec .homes with heat recovery and boiler systems.

2007

Eltham Leisure Centre and Library - New Build and Refurbishment
Complete electrical installation of new leisure centre swimming pools and refurbishment of English Heritage listed library.

Costa Coffee
Complete installation of 6 franchises including Bromley, Orpington, Eton, Woolwich, Upminster, Hornchurch.

2004

St Edmunds Church and Vicarage, Dartford.
This includes a medical centre with a church, this was a design and build project including fire alarm , access controls , panic alarm, nurse call system and a voice and data network.

Cash Bases in Newhaven
Cash Bases is a manufacturer of sheet metal products such as cash tills. The new site was 9500m2 of which 4000m2 was office area. The main supply had to be upgraded to a 2500 kva supply via a new transformer. The Shop floor was divided in to areas of Assembly, Paint spray area, Welding and Laser cutting, and Press machines, we installed the factory lighting throughout these areas via Lowbay mercury fittings. Other work included the installation the Fire Alarm and the Computer Network in this project.

2008

Flexible Lamps in Harlow, Essex
Flexible Lamps is an assembly plant for headlamp enclosures. This was a Design and Build Project of which we installed the power for machinery throughout the factory along with heating and cooling control wiring and ventilation supplies. The lighting was compact fluorescent throughout the factory with task lighting for assembly desks. The Plant was divided in to main switch room, toilets, restaurant, office area and factory assembly area. Approximate size of the plant 7000m2.Hatton Road, Hounslow – New build
3 blocks of 33 units including video entry, satellite TV. With a Car park area.

Cobdown Sports and Leisure Bar, Aylesford - Refurbishment
New PL lighting system, downlights and LED lights over dance floor. Dimmable feature lighting in restaurant area.

2007

Weavers Court

Albert Place, Strood
4 blocks consisting of 50 flats , communal areas and car parks. Door entry and external lighting.

2006
Haslingten Nursing Home, Greenhithe
30 bedroom extension and 15 bedroom refurbishment including an L1 Fire Alarm, Door Access systems and emergency lighting and Nurse Call system.

2005
Oaks Road, Tenterden.
A design and build project consisting of 17 luxury flats and 5 Townhouses with an underground car park. Includes fire alarm, video entry, access systems and satellite TV.

2003

Clover Street, Chatham Kent
A block of residential homes with retail units underneath. This job was a design responsibility, all electric heating with communal lighting and power. Fire alarm and a warden call system.

2002

Goswell Road, London
This project was in London EC1 and consisted of 36 luxury apartments with gymnasium and courtyard with commercial offices on the ground floor. It had two switch rooms to supply all areas. Other systems included AOV system (automatic opening vent) and Fire alarm, which operate together.

2001

Sun Street, London
A 6 story office block each floor being able to take different tenants if required. The building was installed with a 600amp rising busbar for distribution via fuseboards on each floor. The lighting was on a BMS management system. The power was via power track under raised floor.

Also included in this project were the supply to Plant rooms for the Heating and Ventilation supplied and Air Handling equipment. Other systems installed include: Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm and Door Access System.
