Lampard Close , Staplehurst
5 new build units including PV Panels as a renewable energy source to meet code 4 building regulations
National Maritime Museum – Sammy Ofer Wing
This included archive areas, plant rooms, restaurants, café, shop , offices and exhibition halls.
Electrical installation of containment, mains and sub mains and a fully monitored centralised emergency lighting system.

4 and 5 bedroom luxury homes fully installed electrical systems and security alarms
The Oaks – Design and Build Project
A 6 bed development with fully automated Carlo Gavazzi lighting system and heating system controlled from IPAD or Smart Phone.
All lighting being dimmable led fittings.
12 zone multiroom sound system.
Indoor pool and gymnasium areas.
External lighting to tennis court area.
2010
Coworth Park Hotel , Ascot
This installation was carried out in the restaurant and award winning kitchen of this new 6 star hotel.
Rochester Gurudwarah (Sikh Temple)
Fully designed power and lighting system installation. Also installed a CCTV system, a fire alarm System, industrial kitchen and intruder alarm.
2009
Wood Street
This job consisted of 3 blocks of flats with underground car park, communal gardens and terrace. A PV system installation on a flat roof , a door entry systems and full IRS satellite system.
West End, Kemsing.
This project consisted of detached, semi detached housing and a block flats with commercial units underneath.
2008 / 2009
Southampton Row, SW1 - New build and refurbishment
5 floors of 2500m2 office space with fully programmable lighting system. Included in the building are roof plant room, ground floor loading bay, 8 retail units, basement generator, H.V. and L.V. plant rooms and 5 lifts including stairwells and toilets.
Worship Street – New build
7 floors of office space with controlled lighting system and core areas, L.V. switch-room and boiler room.
Bellwood Court, Sutton Road, Maidstone - New build
37 units in 3 blocks; Including digital entry and access system, sky and satellite system, Automatic opening vent system and communal areas with controlled lighting also a car park with lighting comprising of lampposts and bollards.
Wrotham Heath, Borough Green - New Build
4 Semi and 12 Terrace houses and 6 flats including street lighting scheme. High spec .homes with heat recovery and boiler systems.
2007
Eltham Leisure Centre and Library - New Build and Refurbishment
Complete electrical installation of new leisure centre swimming pools and refurbishment of English Heritage listed library.
Costa Coffee
Complete installation of 6 franchises including Bromley, Orpington, Eton, Woolwich, Upminster, Hornchurch.
